We will be riding in a Prevost Motor Coach Bus - Taller, and larger cargo bays!  DVD with VHS player and monitors (bring your
favorite movies rated G and PG or coaches approval.  There is plenty of room for luggage and limited space for coolers. Bring two small bags rather then one large if needed. Back two seats on both sides will be set up facing each other for card tables.

ALL PLAYERS - should have a picture ID (drivers license or school ID) with them for crossing the border. I will have a copy of their birth certificates. ALL other passengers need a picture ID and birth certificate and or Passport. As of today, you do NOT need a passport for Ground travel. YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT THESE TO ENTER THE BUS!
Passports are NOT required for land travel to Canada until June 1, 2009!

Any player traveling without parents or with only one parent should have a letter from the parents or absent parent granting permission for them (the player) to cross the boarder. Include all dates and phone number contact info.

Itinerary:

Thursday July 10th Travel to North Dakota, either Fargo/Moorhead - Practice 

Friday July 11th Travel to Brandon and Play

Saturday July 12th  Play

Sunday July 13th Play and Travel

Things to remember for Bus Travel
Pillow, blanket, reading material, movies, DVD's or VHS, small cooler that will fit under seat or overhead
cards, games, ear plugs,

General info for the trip!
It is best to pay for whatever you can with a bank card or credit card or debit card. This will give you the best exchange rate.
Once we leave Brandon, you will not have a chance to  change the Canadian money back in to American
do it Saturday night before we leave Sunday!
Most every place you need to go is with in walking distance of the hotel. Bring walking shoes.
Places to eat, grocery store, small mall, Hockey store, rinks are all within 3 blocks of the hotel.

I will have players birth certificates on the bus, if you are planning on driving your own car, take another copy with you in the car!

All players riding the bus are responsible for all loading and unloading. Bus driver or parents will not be involved in loading the bus.

Travel Schedule:

Thursday July 10th 7:15AM to 7:30AM

Load Bus @ Greenheck, cars can be left in lower parking lot.
 

7:45AM Bus leaves Greenheck Field House and will head east on HWY 29 to 494 thru MPLS to Maple Grove ON NW side of MPLS

10:00AM- Pick up players in Chip Falls HWY 29 and T

11:30 to 12:45 Stop for food/Break in Maple Grove

12:45 Bus leaves to Maple Grove to Travel I 94 to Moorhead

5:00 - 6:00PM Arrive in Fargo/Moorhead check into hotel bus will leave for the rink for practice at Moorhead

Friday July 11th
5:30-6:00AM Load Bus @ hotel
 

6:00AM 92 Team Bus leaves hotel for Brandon
