CWAAA 2009 Season- New Player Tryout Application For 91/92, 93,94,95, 96, 97, 98, 99/00
Tryouts are limited to 36 skaters and 4 goalies. Most players that have been successful at previous tryouts have played on the top team in their Association and were in the top skill level group on that team. Occasionally a top level player from a second team in a large association will make a team. Talk to others in your Association that have played on a CW AAA team in the past to get their opinion on your chances to make the team. 99’s can apply to tryout for 98 team. All others will tryout in their own age division.

All tryouts are at the
Greenheck Field House on the Campus of D. C. Everest High School in Schofield.
You need to check in on your tryout day 30-60 minutes prior to going on
ice and be ready to go on ice at least 15 minutes prior to ice time. If
you are interested in trying out, please complete the form below and a player
profile form and submit with $20.00 tryout fee and $50.00 team fee deposit no
later than Friday February 20th. Please submit
two (2) checks, $20.00 is the tryout fee
and $50.00 is team fee deposit. $50.00 deposit check will be voided if
player does not make team. Anyone offered a roster spot that declines it, will
forfeit their $50.00 team fee deposit.
If you are selected at the tryout as one of the final 17- 20 players (team sized based on skill level at tryout) to be invited to play on the team, you must be prepared to do the following. Roster will be posted on website by 9:00 PM the day after your tryout if you have been selected to play on the team.

Verbally commit by Friday March
27th to accept your spot on the team.

Return your full registration fee
by Monday March 30th.

Attend first practice session on
the weekend of April 4th.
